MEGA Impact 2015 Championship: Save the Nature and have Fun!

This month we, MEGA, launch the first edition of the MEGA Impact Championship – a country organized in the form of missions for all organizations in Moldova.

Innovation of this initiative is the usage of the concepts of gamification and storytelling applied for stimulating participants (teams consisting of members of various organizations) to create as much positive social / environmental impact as possible within a limited timeframe. This is done through the process of the participants accomplishing „missions” and reporting on the results as true „MEGA Agents”.

MEGA Impact 2015 Championship will take place in the period of the 8th – 25th of October, 2015 and will consist of 3 stages:

  • 11th of October: City Quest in Chisinau. This quest is a ‘teaser’ for the next levels. Participants will become familiar with the rules and will spend time in a useful and fun way.
  • 17th – 18th of October: ”Semi-finals”. After the City Quest experience, the “MEGA agents” will take on missions related to environmental issues in rural areas.
  • 24th – 25th of October: ”Finals”. 3 teams that accumulate the highest score during the Semi-finals will enter the great ”battle” in the southern part of Moldova, Gagauzia.
